I woke up, and realized that....I needed massage (after carrying 13kg on my back). eh, I was feeling dead after that long journey (which took in total 18hours). But it didn't stop me from not seeing the sea. I missed it! So I went to the beach, and couldn't believe my eyes – I was in Bali, the second time this year! That's how I make my dreams come true.

After I got enough sand on my feet, I found a place to eat, made an order, found a table and saw 3 foreigners. They told me they had been working in Bali as photographers (for 7 years). They were from Turkey. As soon as they found out I could speak Chinese, they offered me a cooperation, which would involve talking to people, who mainly come from Russia and China, and offering them to have a photoshooting (which is free, you pay only 3$for every photo you'd like to have printed). I was like: okay I'd like to see what it looks like in reality. (A few days later they showed me what I'd do, but honestly speaking, I wasn't really interested in it).

Once I heard, that normally expats, who live on an island, work only a few hours a day (yes, they're freelancers). If you finished a few things a day, it means you're workaholic, and I think I understand why so. Just imagine for a while yourself being in a paradise, the atmosphere is so chill, the sun is shining (your brain is refusing to work), and all you want is to jump into the water, or lie down under the coconut tree with a book in one hand and an iced cocktail in another one...

I came here with a goal to find a job. I didn't plan anything (in order not to be dissapointed later), but I wanted to  give it a shot.  I checked hotels' location, got printed CV and went out to ask around. One day I visited 5 hotels. (Comparing to how I was looking for a job in China, it was nothing. That's why I'm saying – island life is lazy). They didn't give me any feedback so far (some of them showed interest in hiring a person with Mandarin, but I don't count on it.

I was looking forward to have the second interview at my dream place, however I wasn't absolutely sure if they would offer me a job. To get to know what happened later, read "My interviews";)
